I have been working as a trainer and behaviour consultant for the past 15 years. I am a canine play and social skills expert. As well as my formal education and experience working with clients, I have ‘walked in your shoes’ as a dog owner and guardian. I truly understand what it is like to have a dog that ‘goes off’ like a bomb at the mere sight of another dog. I too, have endured those hurtful comments and disapproving looks from others.
I live in South West Wales in the UK but I have also lived in the USA and the Middle East. I have worked with rescue organisations and individual clients; mixed breeds, pedigrees, and street dogs; and all age groups from puppies to seniors. Wherever in the world, or whatever the dog, the same concerns about dog play and social interactions are raised.

My methods are based in the science of how all animals learn, and I am committed to kind, force and pain-free techniques.
My qualifications include a Masters Degree with Distinction in Applied Animal Behaviour and Welfare. I am also an Honours graduate of the Academy for Dog Trainers. Quite simply, the best education in dog training in the world!
I will restore your confidence, and if it’s appropriate for your dog, we will get them socialising with other dogs.
Stress-free Holidays!
As well as working with clients, I run Holiday With Your Dogs – a specialist dog-friendly holiday cottage for dogs with reactivity, social or recall issues. Guests have exclusive use of 22 acres of woodland and paddocks designed as a country park. For many dogs, a holiday here is the only time that they are able to enjoy the freedom of running and sniffing off-leash. It is also the only time that their guardians are able to relax and enjoy walks without constantly scanning the environment for who or what else is around.
